+. PE: are used for Polyethylene application (blown film, cast film, blow molding, injection molding) with end product : PE film, mulch film, plastic bags, shopping bags,T-shirts bag, die-cut, bags on roll, garbage bags, mailer bags, retail bags, plastic container, tubing,…etc

+. PP: used for Polypropylene application (PP woven, non woven, injection molding,) with end product : PP woven bags, bulk bags, cement sacks, ribbon, kraft bags, non woven bags, household appliances, water pipe, coated electric cables...etc

Application Areas and Dosage Ratio:

1. PE: suggestion areas: coating /blown film / hollow /injection molding;

suggestion dosage ratio: 5-50%

2. PP: suggestion areas: injection molding /filament or fiber /extrusion molding;

2. How long is the turn around time?

The production time will depend on the quantity and the complexity of the filler masterbatch. Normally it takes 2 days for one 20 feet container

The shipping time if by express delivery is usually in 3-7 days. If by sea, to North American east, in 15-20 days usually, to North American west in 21-28 days.To Australia, around 15 days. To Europe, around one month.

3. How do I get a sample?

If stock sample filler, it is for free. If customized sample, it need sample fee.

Note to avoid moisture, insolation and breakage in transportation
The product is sensitive to moisture. No problem to store in original packing bags. Make sure to use product immediately after opening the packing bags. If it has moisture problem, dry it by hot air recycle machine under 90^oC for 30 minutes.
