Introduction of the bottom of the container house

Frame made of Q345 steel board, seamless bended, seamless welded, surface galvanized. Painted with

Introduction of the wall system

Consists of 0.42mm colored steel sheets on both sides or one 0.42 colored sheet and one 0.42mm stainless sheet, integrated with PUEPSROCK WOOL etc. The size of the wall is 2310mm*1158mm. The thickness of the external wall is 75mm, and the internal wall is 50mm. The density of the EPS is 12kgm³, the density of the rock wool is 100kgm³. And the color of the wall is as per the clients’ demands.

Comtainer home installation instructions

1.Put the chassis levelled,put the columns on the corner,align the holes for screws,screw from the upsides

2.Put the roof on the columns,align the holes for screws,screw from the downsides

3.Firstly install the long side wall panels, Lean the wall panels into the house

4 Fix all the wall panels

5 Install the internal decoration

6 Install the decoration rib on the roof

7.Install the baseboard

Packaging & Shipping

Checking&Packaging

1.Checking

Carefully check the shipping list. making sure no mistake.

2.Packing

Option one: a standard container house packed in one flat pack, 4 sets combined into one package. It can be shipped on board just as one 20' shipping container, The package will be protected by plywood boards around and thin film wrapped.

Option two: mixed packaging. Roof and chassis will be packed together with bolts; all the wall panels packed together with wooden pallet in the bottom, corrugated board on the surface, and XPS board in the interspace. It will be shipped in 40' container.

Loading&Shipment

1. Flat packs will be one package it can be shipped on board just as one 20 shipping container.

2. Mixed packaging: top and bottom packed together with bolts, all the wall panels packed together on wodden pallet. wrapped by corrugated board on the surface. and XPS board between panels. The package it will be then shipped in 40' shipping container

FAQ

1. Do you provide on-site installation service?

1) Only large projects provide installation services

2) General projects, we can provide Installation guide service based on customers’ request.

3) Installation supervision charge standard: 150USD/day, customer should responsible for the travel fee, accommodation, translation fee, and ensure staff’s health and safety.

2.What’s your delivery time?

Salesman will confirm the time accordingly, large order should communicate with order management department in advance. Normally, delivery time is 45days after receive deposit. Large order delivery time should be arranged separately.

3.How to control the quality of your product?

a. quality of the design: think about possible problems in advance and provide a high quality design solution.

b. quality of the raw material: choose the qualified raw material

c. quality of the production: precise manufacturing technique, experienced workers, strict quality inspection.

4. How to deal with quality problems?

Warranty is 3 years. Within the warranty period, PTH will responsible for all quality problems caused by production.

5. If there is a clear service life of your products? If have, how long?

Under conventional climate and environment, steel structure whole building 10 years, main structure 15 years, protecting system 10 years.

6. What designs do you have in different climates (How can the products adopt to different climates)?

Strong wind region: improve the wind-resisting ability of the internal structure.

Cold region: increase the thickness of the wall, or use good insulation material, improve anti-pressure ability of the structure.

High corrosion region: use corrosion resistant material, or paint anticorrosive coating.
