| The machine is used for drying sliced or peeled veneer in the veneer production line with slicer or rotary peeler. The equipment adopts advantages of all kinds of dryers. Elliptical heating exchanger, axial flow ventilator and unique hot air eject box are used to guarantee the best quality of dry veneer. Veneer is conveyed by stainless mesh belt, moving in the machine driven by the big rollers. The veneer is fed transversely. It is convenient for collection and store. The machine consists of inlet, drying area, cooling area, outlet and control cabinet. Standard model has four heating rooms and one cooling room. Heating rooms can be added or lessen according to the production capacity, process and space, in order to improve productivity with lowest investment |
