Main Application
1.This unit is made up of three sections, ionic air washing or ionic air plus water washing, constant pressure filling, and hot melting sealing.
2.It can automatically finish the processes of bottle feeding, bottle entering, bottle reversing by manipulator, ionic air reversely blowing and washing, bottle conveying, fixed volume filling, cap arranging, cap feeding, simultaneously heating of cap and bottleneck, air eliminating, hot melting sealing, bottle conveying out, etc.
3.It is mainly applied in the washing, filling and sealing production for soft or hard PP bottle of IV solution.

Work principle
Technical process: air washing (3shifts)---water washing(2shifts)—dry blowing(1 shift)—filling--sealing
1). Bottle-handing method
Synchronous belt transfers with bottle-blowing manipulator.
2). Bottle air washing part
Bottle-entering station of plastic infusion bottles adopts synchronous belt to convey to mechanical hand in washing station.
3) Water washing station
1.After the air washing, Mechanical hand catches bottles by bottleneck and turn 180°down, making bottleneck facing down for washing.
2.Bottle-washing spray needle is equipped for washing, after washing, there are bottle blowing drying station, ensures inside and outside of the bottles without any water drop.

5).Cap-sealing station
This station is mainly used to weld-sealing the cap of plastic infusion bottle after filling during production. It adopts double heating plate to finish cap’s weld-sealing in non-contact hot-melt type.
Function Feature
1. With the integration of washing, filling and sealing, it has compact structure and smaller overall size, the installation is simple, operation is easy , and high automation.
2. Applicable to any round or flat IV solution bottle with different shapes.
3. Adopt ionic air washing, exempt water washing. Realized no bottle no air blowing. The ionic air gun has the functions of monitoring failure, it will warn and stop the main motor when there is no ionic air.
4. Adopt PLC programmable controller with strong function, perfect performance and intelligent control.
5. Adopt unique CIP/ SIP systems which can save the washing time and ensured the sterilizing effect. Operators can adjust the parameters of time, pressure and temperature in the touch screen according to the production requirements.
6. Every parameter can be set the protecting function, which can be checked, altered and monitored on the touch screen. Moreover, all parameters such as temperature can be pre-set maximum and minimum data to avoid human caused errors.
7. Different shape of plastic bottles can run fluently in this machine without changing any specification part. It is particularly suitable for the soft bottle’s production.
