It adopts high-capacity electromagnetism oscillators to collate caps, reducing labor, with fast speed.

After cap loading, bottle mouth location is in center, with three-knife rolling to ensure good sealing quality.

It continuously feeds into and takes out bottles with stable operation and high efficiency.

It has double frequency conversion control, stepless velocity modulation. Through guillotine rotating to realize soft start, small mechanical impact, and low breakage rate with long service life.

Screw of bottle adopts mobile structure, which makes it easy to replace different screws by only removing and installing 2 M8×25 bolts, simple to switch among infusion bottles of different specifications.

It adopts auger to divide bottles in equidistance, and by using starwheel to send bottles, having small mechanical impact and low break rate.
