Main usage and application scope

1.This machine adopts a transmission system of step-by-step with balcony structure.

2.The machine automatically finishes the whole production process from auger bottle infeed to front nitrogen charging (or gas charging), filling, rear nitrogen charging, preheating, sealing and oufeed of bottles.

Working principles

1.The waste gas discharge to outdoors is 500 m³/h, so the user has to consider new wind-fill to indoors over 500 m³/h when design the room. User has to prepare the waste gas connection pipe by own. Whats more the users has to add one 1000 m³/h induced air fan at the exit of the pipe room.

2.There is a controllable buffer zone buffer zone designed at the connection of the bottle infeed place and the DPT. The buffer zone is composed of PLC system and a scalable bottle hinder belt, which is used to control the bottle quantities of this zone, if the bottle quantities in this zone over the set value, the controlling system gives out signal, which can stop the work of washing machine and the DPT belt can stop automatically.

3.When the bottles at this zone reduced to set value, the bottle infeed auger of the fill-sealing machine stops automatically until the bottles at this zone back to normal status. This realized the compact work of the whole line, which is good for the coordination of the operation.
