2.How to use

Usage:use wet towel to stick it on navel or under navel. One or two pieces a day.

Notice:this product is for external use.Disposable use patch.Don't touch eyes,mouth etc. Navel skin injuiry is prohibited, you should go to hospital in time when dysmenorrhea is serious or after using the dysmenorrhea patch ,the symptom don't relieving. Pregnant women are banned.
