Application:
High wear resistance self lubricating casting type oily nylon is a new kind of engineering plastic which belongs to polyamide polymers. The comprehensive performance and utility ranks No. 1 among the 5 kinds of engineering plastics due to the following characters: self-lubricating, high wear resistance, shock resistance, noise reduction. It can widely replace non-ferrous alloys such as Tin-Zinc-Copper alloys, aluminum alloys, zinc-based alloys, SS, etc, for making kinds of mechanical structure parts, shock resistance parts, transmission parts, etc. specially suitable for making bearings bush, sliding bearings, lining baskets, gears, sliding blocks, gear wheels, turbines, guiding sleeves,etc, which is used in industries such as mining, metallic, rolling mills, chemical rubber, textile machine manufactures.
Propertie:
1. This high wear resistance self lubricating oily nylon is one kind of polymer materials with average molecular No. is more than one hundred thousand, which is 5 times than normal nylon material. The comprehensive performance is superior to other thermal engineering plastics.
2. The density is 1.2 at 25℃, the weight is only 1/8 of the tin-zinc-copper alloy parts in same volume. It is easy installation and reduction the cost.
3. High mechanical strength and impact resistance. The simply supported beam notch impact strength is up to 6KJ/squre, which is 4 times of tin-zinc-copper alloys.
4.The fine mineral oil additives are added in the polymerization process to increase self-lubricating and reduce friction coefficient. The friction coefficient is 1/3 of ordinary nylons. Is 1/2 of zinc-copper alloys. The wear weight after milling with 45# steel for 2 hours is 2.5*10-3, which is 1/100 of zinc-copper alloys.
5. The viscose softening point is 212℃, heat deformation temperature is 200℃, highest continuous heat-resistance temperature is 170℃.

Counter-current classifier&mixed pelletizing technology:
In order to improve various advantages of pelletizing by mixure, we developed pellet-grouping sintering technology characterized by pelletizing plates and fuel adding, and mini-pellets sintering technology characterized by lowering the angle of rotating drum mixer, adding feeding scrapper and retention ring and melting/burning separation. In the last two years, the mini-pellets sintering technology is widely applied. Many people neglected that mixed material force state is critical during the process. Based on this situation, we developed the counter current classifier&mixed pelletizing technology:
1.by changing the inside structure of mixer, we manage to change the mixed pellets force state and reduce the screw pitch of movement of pellets to prolong the mixture pelletizing time,increase materials rolling distance and improve the pelletizing effect.
2. adopt built-in subsection and classification method to achieve automatic classification of mixture’s particle size, make oversize particles go forward the outside and small ones return to pelletizing.
3. apply new lining technology to completely solve the root accumulation problem of mixer, achieve complete recycling of materials, improve pelletizing effect and mixer’s effective power.

Based on the above technology, we suggest our flat arc plate with lifter bars. Due to the working of lifter bars, the pelletizing process time is prolonged. Since it is s special intensified pelletizing design, material’ release anglekeeps changing, from big to small and from small to big. Tumbling along a route like a saw tooth curve. It makes the pellets’ tumbling journey longer than on parallel board, which increases pellets time to become bigger and improves pelletizing rate. The most remarkable features of lifer bars are easy replacement, saving maintenance cost.
