1. APPLICATION
Plasma spray coating technology is an important process with wide usage of any hot sprayed materials to get high standard coating on high value workpieces such as metal, alloy, metal ceramic, compound material of carbides and nitrides. 2. WORKING PRINCIPLE
This machine use argon,nitrogen, hydrogen as working air, heated by high temperature to generate plasma, heat and melt the powder and blow to the workpiece surface.

6. MACHINE DESCRIPTION
1. Power supply
Controlled silicate type rectifier, intelligent module control; soft arc, can work for 24 continuous hours without faults.

2. Transfer box for water and electricity
Connect the power supply, control cabinet, heat exchanger, spray gun. Be equipped with high frequency ignition, water pipes, air pipes alarm device; the box is movable. Water cable standard length is 5m;
3. Control cabinet
Be equipped with flow meter, current, voltage display. Has manul/automatic/economic running models; with alarm device; can monitor the whole running performance of the complete line. By adjusting the current and voltage to control the temperature of plasma arc. By adjusting the air flowing ratio and percentage to change length of plasma arc and flame flowing speed, finally change powder particles speed.

4. Powder feeder
Adopt spray gun's main air as feeding air, feeding plate rotates to transport the powder to exit of the feeding device, then the powder leaves feeding barrel with air to the spray gun. By adjusting the potentiometer to control feeding speed.
