Question 3: What material standard you using now?

Answer: Now, mainly use HSS standard of: HSS M35Co%, HSSM2(6542),HSS 9341, HSS4341,HSS black & decker, HSS4241.

Question 4: Can you supply sample test and your samples are free?

Answer: Yes, customers can tell us the specification of sample they need, then our factory can arrange to make your sample, and the sample will be prepared ok in 2 or 3 days. Our samples are not free, customers need pay sample cost and freight cost. And your sample cost will be return back to you if you place order in future.

Question 5: If the customer is not satisfied with the goods, what can you do?

Answer: If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, we will gladly accept it back for a full refund provided your initial request to return the item is within 60 days from the date of pyrchase. If your initial request to return the item is after 60 days from the date of purchase unfortunately we would be unable to accept the return request. All returns must be received in perfect resaleable condition in order for refunds to be granted. If the item you return does not arrive in perfect resaleable condition, we can not offer any refund. Once your item has been returned to us, your refund will be processed within 24 hours.
