Configuration & performance for GY-400  high-speed stranding machine

Usage: suitable to copper twisting. Pith is accurate and stable, easy to operate. It is the first choice when you choose the mental twisting due to simple controlling quality.

Pay off : suitable to moving roller φ120~200mm. Braking is controlled by the belt whose tension is adjust by eccentric wheel automatically, and alarm will arise when braking.

Roller: steel or glue roller φ400mm

Pay off diameter: φ0.08mm~0.45mm

Pith: 4.22mm~41.64mm(decided by the customer) set through the wheel

Applied arrange: 7pair or above copper twisting

Main body:12mm fine steel plate weld , formed after long time

Annealed not easy to deformed

Main roller speed: 3000RPM/min
