Application:

A-shaped take and pay-off are mainly act as P/O & T/U on CCT/VCV & Rubber CCV production lines.

 
Features:
1.Gantry ground rail moving, upper casing
2.Frame is rectangular pipe welded into A-shape structure. It is stable with strong bearing capacity, neat and beautiful.
3.Hoisting guide-way is high-strength rolling guide pair(linear guide pair)
4.Take-up gearbox adopts hard tooth face gearbox with large transmission torque and low noise
5.Take-up motor
5.1.It can be DC governor motor, controller is Euro.
5.2.It can also be frequency control motor, controller is Siemens or Danfoss.
6.Winding motor adopts frequency control motor, controller is Siemens or Danfoss, winding traces take-up speed automatically. Winding pitch and take-up tension can be set on touch screen (Siemens). PLC can be connected with various hosts.
