SD800 WOOD CHIPPER

Introduction:

The SD800 Wood Chipper is used to cut trees, wood material or other wood material to small chips for further using.It is mainly used for processing pine, hardwood, poplar, fir, raw bamboo, branches, grass, straw and other fibrous materials. Widely used in papermaking, MDF, fiberboard, particle board, sawdust board, mushroom, cultivation, wood particles, the mechanism of charcoal, boiler gas furnace combustion, etc...

SD800 Working Principle:

The Wood Chipper uses the blade cutting and high-speed airflow impact, collision and double crushing function in a body, and can finish the material sorting processing operations at the same time. It has the screen mesh in the bottom, mesh size can be adjusted according to user requirements to change the final output size.

SD800 Raw material: 

small diameter wood,timber harvesting(such as branches,twigs,etc.), processing residues(such as branches,twigs,planks,log cores,waste veneer,etc.), it can also be used for cutting non-wood materials(such as sugar cane,reed,bamboo,etc.)
