Brief  Of Peanut Blanching Machine

Peanut Blanching Machine is designed to split roasted peanut into half or less half piece, under this split blanching, the red skin is taken off and collected by air cyclone.
Peanut Blanching Machine applies to peanut blanching line, peanut chopping line, peanut butter line and peanut slice line. It using the friction between the two pieces of belt to peeling, in order to satisfy different processing purpose, bitter germs will be removed by vibrating sifter after the blanching chamber.

Structure

Peanut Blanching Machine contains bucket elevator, blanching machine and air cyclone, it is an entire complete system to finish the blanching job. It can be designed to two type, a. full stainless steel, b. contacting parts stainless steel and painting carbon frame.
