Brief of  Sand Making Machine

VSI series high efficiency Vertical Shaft Impact Crusher is a new generation high effective product which introduces German technology,and owms many independent patents property.It Integrates three crusheing methods into one.All of these made it the core equipment in sand making industries.It is widely used in a variety of metals and non-metallic minerals,cement,refractories,abrasives,glass raw materials,construction aggregate,sand metallurgical and other industries.Alllication for medium and fine crushing of vatious ores and rocks,such as iron ore,non-ferrous metal ore,corundum,bauxite,corundum,perlite,basalt materials.

Working Principle of Sand Making Machine
Material falls down to impellor cavity. Under great centrifugal force, it hits material that coming downwards. After hitting each other, they force a vortex between impellor and shell, and hit each other several times, finally smaller stone comes out, and goes to vibrating screen. Satisfactory material is transported by conveyor belt. However overlarge material will go back to sand maker to be recrushed. Output sizes can be made according to customer’s requirement.
