Q1: What is your payment term?

T/T Western Union, 30% deposit, 70% balance paid before delivery or against the bill of loading (we can also consider LC if the total amount is large.

Q2: How long do you need to make samples?

Usually we need about 5-7 days (However, it is also depend on the product design.)

Q3: How long about the bulk production lead time?

Usually about the 20-25 days.

Q4: Can you customize the product as our design?

Yes, we can customize as our design, just offer us your design concept or art work of your samples if have is ok. Such as put our logo on/make the product design color and size as design color and size as our requirements.
