Characteristics of Carbonization Furnace:

1. This furnace is ideal equipment for charring wood briquettes into charcoal briquette. The wood briquette will have anoxic distillation charring in the furnace. 
2. Due to its rational structure, the furnace only needs small heat consumption. 
3. It adopted Superheated Stream cooling system, thus can speed up the cooling process, improve the quality of charcoal, and shorten the charring period. 
4. Its horizontal condenser can retrieve much wood tar. 
5. Carbonization time is 3-4 days. 
6. 1. The way for heating:  We heat the furnace by biomass waste, wood chips and so on

2. carbonizaing items: consist of four carbonizing tubes,

The carbonization tubes are made of heat resistance steel, the sawdust will get into into tubes one as first process, then go to tupe3, till tube 4, this is the continuously process, from the end of tube 4, the sawdust will carbonized into charcoal powder

3. gas recycle items

In the process of carbonizing, we also called it as pyrolysis, it will produce the gas by wood sawdust itself, this type of gas could return to the tubes and burn

4.Smoking cleaning items ( in this machine, there are  two purifictaion  tank, the first one to purify the smoking, there have 24 pcs pipes in the tank, when the smoke with tar oil get into the tank by fan putting, The smoke will get cooling by water, and the tar oil is flow out from the bottom pipes

5. cooling items, in the back side of the machine, there is one tube for cooling the hot charcoal powder, so we can get the charcoal powder directly

6. controling electric box, the electric control box do  control the three electrical motors.
