Magnetic Separator are used in Dense Media Separation (DMS) plants for the recovery of magnetic particles from the dilute medium. They must recover the maximum amount of magnetic particles at the highest possible density.
A Wet magnetic separator consists of a stationery magnet arc around which a drum rotates. The iron ore wet Benefication Magnetic Separator is partially submerged in a tank which follows the contour of the drum.
QJ-CTS/B/N Wet Benefication Magnetic Separator is a wet-type low-intensity magnetic separator with relatively high magnetic field and the most efficient magnetic separation equipment with strong magnetism for minerals.
