How to making a toy?

1.clients provide samples and drawing pictures.

2.Making the clay samples based on the drawing.

3.After getting confirmation for the clay sample,cope the PU sample,then hand paint the color on it.

4.Make the waxy sample and process it by painting gold dust.

5.Seed mould making.

6.vinyl samples from the seed mould.

7.Produce the mass production moulds by using the vinyl samples from the seed mould.

8.Workshop of rotocast and products.

9.Painting mould making.

10.Painting.

11.Assembling,packing,QC and put in storage.
