Product Overview:
This is a high grade hydrophilic soft finishing agent of modified quaternary ammonium salt adopted the new technology synthetic terpolymer structure. It shows sound stability under alkaline and high temperature conditions, especially suitable for use in a crock. It could make fabrics feel softer, more smooth and plump hand feeling, and with good hydrophilicity. Cotton fabrics would be hydrophilic for 2-3 seconds after treatment.

Performance and Application:

sound compatibility for its non-ionic character,it could be
compatible with common textile auxiliaries perfectly, and it can
also be used with the anionic, cationic and nonionic auxiliaries.

4. Its sound hydrophilic character really solves the contradictory
among feel, hydrophilicity and washability.

7. It is applied to any fiber and fabric, particularly the with the best
effect to cotton fabrics.
8. Fabrics with this product would gain a sound hydrophilicity, for
direct color-modifying, also avoiding a second pollution problem.
The range of its application: Textile after-finishing.
Application Method:
As highly concentrated product, it should be firstly diluted in use, and then can be used for common textile after-finishing. It can be melt in cold water with the suggested diluting proportion of silicone oil and water as 1 and 8. When it is diluted in cold water, put the weighed silicone oil at first, then little amount of water; open the stirrer, pour half water into chemical material kettle as stirring, then put water to the required amount after sirring for ten minutes; after another ten minutes, blue-ray transparent to translucent emulsion would come out, then stop stirring and filter out the material.
Padding Process:
With the amount of 20 to 50 g/L, pre-heat at the temperature of 120℃, and fall into the pattern at the temperature of 150-180℃ for 50 seconds.
Impregnation Process:
With the amount of 2-5%(o.w.f), at the temperature of 30-50℃ for 20-30 minutes, dewater and dry at the temperature of 100℃.
