ⅡPerformance Feature
1.This product is a formaldehyde-free environment-friendly high-quality color fixing agent. The content of free formaldehyde and released formaldehyde is zero according to National Test of GB/T2912.1 in 1998 and GB/T2912.2 in 1998.
It can be applied to cotton, linen and blended yarn. Apart from its exclusive use in color fixing technics, the product can be put with non-ionic and cationic finishing agent, to improve obviously weak wet fastness, and increase sunshine wet fastness, wet ironing and sweat fastness.
2. The soaping resistant stain of products processed by the product (for reactive dyes, direct dyes, acid dyes and sulfur dyes, etc.) can reach grade 4 to 5, dry milling grade 4, and wetmilling grade 3 or so.
3. RG-903 formaldehyde-free color fixing agent is suitable for the color fixing of cotton and blended fabric, and also as resist agent for nylon, wool, cotton blended fabric; meanwhile, to improve the washing fastness and other fastness of nylon fibers acid dyes.
4. Application of this product can greatly reduce or prevent the wet fabric from moving contamination and “swelling”traces during the period of drying or partially drying.
5. The fabric, brightness, and chromatic light treated by this product cannot be affected, unnecessary to add other auxiliaries, with simple and convenient process.
6. This product has no effect or minimal on the fabric handle, stable to the general hard water, but sensitive to the presence of high concentrations of electrolytes; though stable under acidic conditions, but alkaline conditions should be avoided.
