corundum grinding wheels are widely used for many machining processing, grinding medium and ordinary carbon steel,alloy steel,malleable cast iron,hrad bronze,etc. high tensile strength metal, off hand deburring, sharpening, shaping and removal of all types of materials ,etc.

General materials are : WA(white aluminium oxide),A(brown aluminium oxide),PA(pink aluminium oxide),GC(green silicon carbide),C(black silicon caarbide)

White aluminum oxide	WA	White	Easy to cut into the workpiece, it can reduce the deformation of the workpiece and have a good cutting techology
Brown aluminum oxide	A	Grey	Great toughness,high hardness,flesural strength.It can withstand a lot of pressure,and it has a very with range of application
Pink fused alumina	PA	Pink,rose red	Hardness is similar to white alumina oxide,better toughness, it should only used for coarse grinding.
Green silicon carbide	GC	Green	It mainly used for carbide and other tools for grinding
Black silicon carbide	C	Black	Applicable to the low tensile strength materials, such as gray cast iron, bronze, brass, glass, ceramics, etc.

Non-standand grinding wheels can be produced accordding to clients' drawing & other required details.

Grit size & hardness& bond type can be done as clients' requirment.

Bond types to be selected: Resin Bond,Vitrified/Ceramic Bond,Rubber Bond.
