4. Support 3 cloudy or raining days' lighting

Intelligent control system :
·The controller will control the brightness of the LED lamp according to the battery level.
·Example:Battery level at 50%, the lamp will be automatically transferred to 50% brightness.
·Battery level at 25%, the lamp will be automatically transferred to 25% brightness.
·For sometimes it may be cloudy days in a row, so the power battery gets is limited. To make the lamp
