Then maintain the prepared photo emulsion at 5~15°C in a constant temperature storage box(a seal cover is needed to avoid skinning)2 weeks.
Coating:

Exposure:
Before exposure, prepare photographic machine platen glass cleaning and checking the printing bolting cloth. Ensure the printing bolting cloth and screen printing surface closely.
Exposure time Reference:
Light | Power(W) | Distance(CM) | Photographic time |
UV | 40 | 15 | 1-2 |
Daylight lamp | 40 | 15 | 4-5 |
Above exposure time just for your reference.
Developing:
Immersing the Photosensitive screen in 5-30 ° C water to bath 1-2min. Then put the screen on the wash shelf until the obvious graphics rendering shown. Washing the screen with pressure of the water to found l a clear graphic outline.
