Flat printing photo emulsion
Fields of application:
Used toprinting with aqueous color, such as acid, reactive, disperse dyes and pigment paste;

Storage:
one year at 5~35℃ in dry and ventilated place, uncovered and well-sealed according to the storage requirements.
2 weeks at 15℃ in dark place after adding the photosensitizer, less time if above 15℃.
Description of usage:
Cleaning screen:
The screen must be cleaned with alkalescent detergent to remove the grease before coated the emulsion,then washed with water and dried and kept in clean condition.
Mixing the photoemulsion:
It should be operated under a gentle yellow stray light, 3~5g of diazosensitizer is dissolved thoroughly in 80ml of distilled water, then filtered by the screen into 1kg of emulsion, stir clockwise to homogenize it, then leave it for a few hours to let off bubbles. (Water volume depends on the accuracy of pattern and mesh number).
Apparatus:
Stainless steel/alumni alloy/common scraper.
Coating:
Automatically coating: The emulsion is directly coated with the auto coating machine on both sides of the screen for 1 time and oven dried.
Manual coating: Coat the emulsion on printing side of the screen for 1-2 times andthe other side one time with scraper, then oven dried.
Drying condition: dried in oven with circulating fan at 30~40℃ for 20-30min.
The method and times of coating depend on the mesh number, the accuracy of pattern, the durability of printing, etc. according to the actual requirements.
Drying: The coated screen is dried at 30~40℃ in an oven with circle wind for 20~30 minutes.
The coating method and times are decided by the meshes, design and durability of printing etc, according to the actual requirements.
Exposure:
Maintain the exposure machine cleaning,check the photographic plate before exposure and the film must be closely integrated with the printing plate.
Parameters for exposure are referred as follows:

(The exposure time depends on the light source, distance of lamp,thickness of film,photographic stencil,patterns etc.)
Development:
Immerse the exposed screen in water for 1~2 minutes at 10~30℃,or rinse it with tap water on both sides until the patterns appear. Then rinse the printing surface regularly by the tap water with pressure until the obvious patterns appear clearly. And then rinse the scraping surface with tap water without pressure to clean the leftover. Finally, get rid of the water on the screen and dry it in the oven with circulating fan at 40℃.
Retouching:
After the screen cools down, put it on the checking platform, retouch or nip up edge according to the status of the screen.
Curing:
If printing with active dyes in small batch is needed, the retouched screen requires exposure for a second time,then cured by brushing a layer of the curing liquid on both surfaces(suggest to absorb the water left in the screen meshes with the hygroscopic machine) and dried at 50℃ for an hour in an oven with circle wind, or naturally dried for 4 hours.

Packing:
For rotary printing, the sensitizer packed in a 250g bottle. Then 20kgs(4drums) photo emulsion and 1kg(4 bottles) sensitizer put into 1 carton
For flat printing, 18g sensitizer packed by silver paper and stick on each drum of photo emulsion. Each 20kgs photo emulsion match 1kg hardener.
