Linear Cabinet Foaming Line

Curing time: 6~15min

Injection mode: filling by single mixing head from one side of the line horizontally

Foaming material: POL (CFC) +ISO or POL (C5) +ISO

Workstations: 16 (If divided into two line, 8 workstations for each line)

Time of production cycling: 30s/pc (in accordance with curing time of 6min)

Foaming cabinets: simultaneously manufacture different types of cabinets

Electric power supply: 308V, 50Hz

Total electric power consumption: ≤380kw

Control voltage for the components outside of control cabinet: 24V

Compressed air supply: working pressure ≥0.5Mpa Q ≤0.1m/min

The line can be designed and made in accordance with customers special requirements of processes.

SENERGE Electric Equipment Co.,Ltd has established the R&D Center with collaboration Shandong University and it is the practice base Graduate students of Shandong University Science Engineering college. The R&D Center keep studying and researching the advanced technology and development of transformer and power equipment industry.
