The glass liquid level display device on the tanks,used to display paint height on the tank .
Equipped with insulating varnish sampling mouth, convenient sampling;
The external of tank package rubber and plastic heat preservation cotton for insulation,armoured by the cold plate.

3)The cooling system
Basic configuration
The cooling system include cooling water unit,cooling water pipe,control valve and so on ,for paint in the storage tank for cooling.

4)Vacuum system
Basic configuration
Include 2X-30,ZJP150 vacuum unit,vacuum pipe,valves and son on .
Be equipped with 280 * 500 mm vacuum buffer, pipelines, auxiliary valve,atmospheric vacuum buffer before vacuum pump,ensure do not into the solvent when the vacuum pump working,prolong the service life of the vacuum pump.
Measure vacuum for Impregnating Tank and storage tank by vacuum pressure sensor.

5)Hydraulic system

6)Pressure and pneumatic system (Prepared by the buyer)
Basic configuration
Provide pressure to impregnating tank by air compressor,make insulating paint penetrate into the product better ,improve the quality of products.
Provide power to each pneumatic valve by air compressor,complete opening and closing action for each pneumatic valve in the application.

7)Returning paint system
Vacuum and pressure difference method is using for way for returning paint system between the impregnating tank and storage tank .
Equipped with φ280 * 500 mm filter on the returning paint pipeline between the impregnating tank and storage tank,remove impurities from the insulating varnish effectively,ensure the quality of products,remove and clean filters easily.
8)Measurement and control system
The main operating valve is pneumatic valves;
A work station is used to control the normal operation for the whole equipment .
The whole machine adopts PLC control,with LCD touch screen,3D dynamic display,real-time observation each process when equipment working;
Working temperature for the equipment are measured and displayed by the temperature sensor.
Vacuum degree and pressure value for equipment are measured and displayed by the vacuum and pressure sensors.
Liquid level height in the impregnating tank are controlled by magnetic column liquid level meter,and display the liquid level height.
Controlling way has two types: automatically and manually touch control.

Host
Dimension for the inner diameter of equipment (L*D*H)1600*1600*1000mm;
Framework is welded by 50 * 50, 40 * 40 angle steel together,parts is welded by the trough strengthen metal plate .The shell is made by Q235A S1.5mm cold plate,and blue flat painting(the buyer can customize colors),thetank is made by S1mm galvanized plate.
The middle is filled with rock wool insulation for insulation,ensure that appearance is not very hot;The oven adopts double door structure,the top is equipped with vent and explosion door,ensure the safety when equipment is using ,and is equipped with temperature measuring mouth , testing the temperature in the cabinet.
Blast system
Supply the air at the top by 4 sets long axis fan,fan blade with shock type ,forced air supply,make the hot air circulating in the oven, internal temperature is uniform , temperature difference is small.
Power for fan:1.1KW/set.
Heating system
Using u-shaped electric heating tube for heating ,with cooling coil slice.
Uniform distribution on both sides of the wind tunnels for the oven ,heating speed is fast ,high efficiency;
The heating temperature: Room temperature-200℃;

Consists of orbit, platform car;
Fast and convenient when products in and out of the oven , economically.
Control system
With the operation electric box,be installed on the left side of the oven,simple and clear operation interface .
Main electric is China brand zhengtai ,the temperature for internal oven by thermocouple measurements,and showed by intelligent digital display temperature control table;be equipped with a time relay,can show the heating conditions in each period clearly;
Control temperature by the solid state relay,the precision temperature control;
The top of the electric box is capped with a rotary warning light,
Equipment appear anomalies such as temperature in the process of equipment in operation,will alarm prompt,improve the production safety performance.
