3. How does the sample getted by you?

after the design confirmed,we will make the sample at first time,normally 3-5days,and then we will send it to you,we will make the sample for free,but the sample express cost should be paid by your company

4.How does your factory do regarding quality control? 

do not be worried,our product has been tested and passed the quality serious requirment from USA and Europe
