After market Vivid Black Tour Pak, same size as the King Tour Pak.

Fits: 1997-Up Harley Touring models with the fixed mount or the detachable mounts.

For some newer models, the holes might not match with the rack, need to drill new holes

Also fit the older models with the newer rack.
