Rotary vane air lock is an important device for pneumatic conveying and dust removal. Structure and Working principle of Rotary vane air lock
This rotary vane air lock is a kind of improved impeller open type rotary vane air lock . It is a discharging machine structured with impeller, bearing, oil seal, air lock shell, end cover and other spare parts. On the top of the rotary vane air lock there is flange connected with the unload opening of discharger to receive the material from discharger, and then unload material from the bottom of rotary vane air lock while impeller rotating. The impeller is open type, which can prevent material from blocking as well as reduce air lock weight and shape.

1. Lubrication

3. Teardown and Maintenance
Correct methods for rotary vane air lock teardown:
1. Tear down by bolt;
2. Tear down by hammer. Remember to put copper bar or wood blocks on spindle head or end cover when teardown.
When replacing, first clean the end cover, then fit the machine with the same specifications of the oil seal and bearing. There must be full lubricating oil.
