Q: What is the maximum width and length of your party tent? Whether the size can customize according to our event site?

A: The maximum width (clear span) we can offer is 60m. Length can be any times of the bay modular, no limitation. Size can be customized according to your site.

Q: What’s the frame made of?

A: Hard pressed galvanized aluminum 6061/T6.

Q: What is the cover made of?

A: Double side PVC coated fabric; color optional; logo printing available; UV-resistance; flame retardant to DIN4102 B1, M2; good tensility, tearing and peeling strength.

Q; what is the life-span of your tent?

A: Generally, PVC fabric is about 5 -10 years life, frame last 10-20 years. Subject to environment and maintenance.

Q: whether need equipment to install your party tent?
A: Small clear span (3m to 15m) tent do not need any equipment; 15-22 clear span need fork car; above 22m clear span tent need crane.

Q: Can the tent be set up on concrete?
A: Yes. We provide expandable screw for concrete ground, anchor for grass land. If anchor and expandable screw are not allowed, we provide weight plate.

Q: Whether color of cover is optional, whether can print our logo on cover for advertisement?
A: Color and print available, MOQ limited.

Q: Other accessories like air conditioner, light, wooden floor available?
A; Yes, according to your requirement.
