  Frame material for curve tent

Curve tent use hard pressed extruded aluminum 6061/T6,surface galvanized steel.

Curve tent aluminum frame structure is lighter for installation and transporation, faster to remove,help you to reduce the cost of labor.

Our curve tent structure is same as Losberger in Germany.

The lifespan for aluminum frames is more than 15 years.

  Cover material for curve tent

Curve tent use double PVC coated polyester texitile,UV resistant,,frame retardant to DIN4102,B1,M2.

Fabric for curve tent roof are both 850g/sqm blockout PVC coated fabric.

Fabric for curve tent sidewall are both 650g/sqm translucent.

Self-cleaning, waterproof .850g/sqm cover for roof,650g/sqm cover for sidewall.

The lifespan for PVC coated fabric is 8 years.

  Maximum allowed wind speed and snow load

Maximum allowed wind speed for curve tent is 110KM/H.

Masimum allowed snow load for curve tent is 0.4KN/M2. The design of curve tent is easy for snow and rain falling down through  curved roof.

8. Weight plate (when inflatable and groud anchors are not allowed ,we provide weight plate for  clients.You could put heavy sand bags or concrete blocks on the weight plates and PVC covers and  foldable frame are also available.)
