With Finseen Cloud could create your own “Private Cloud” to deliver customized services through mobile device.

2) Finseen Cloud is used by central stations and command centers to delivery next generation alarm service reducing operation cost and delivering new end user service effectively.

3) Finseen® IPAlarm with Cloud server delivers critical alert and service level information to complimentary mobile applications running on Apple's iPhone and iPad and Android supported devices.

Key to these services is the real time push of critical event information. Authorized users receive immediate event notification on their mobile devices.

This technology provides immediate critical situational awareness when needed most, providing unparalleled support for informed management and decision making.

Alarm Host 

The IP Alarm Host keeps watch in your home - even when you are not there. 

It is the alarm’s central component. It gathers data and starts the sirens in the event of fire and break-in.

Door/Window Sensor

Finseen IP Alarm’s door/window sensor is an intelligent switch, which you attach to the doors and windows or other places in your home where you want control or an alarm in the event of a break-in.  Generally set as Perimeter zone . If any door or window is opened, it will transmit the alarm signals to the alarm host.

PIR Detector 

Mainly monitor and control indoor space, generally set as Motion zone.

When human body enters into detecting area, the sensor will transmit alarm signals to the alarm host.

Remote Control Button Feature:

• Arm

All devices within the Finseen IP Alarm System are armed; this can be 

set using the remote tag or Finseen smartphone app. Upon choosing

 "Arm", users will have 60 seconds to exit the premises before the 

security system takes effect.

• Disarm

All devices within the Finseen IP Alarm system are now disarmed; 

this can be done through the remote tag or Finseen smartphone app.

• Home Arm

Connecting the home security, secures the doors and windows in the 

system whilst your motion sensors stays inactive so you can stay in the 

house without the alarm sounding.

• Panic

Selecting this will activate the Finseen built-in siren, 

Finseen smartphone APP Siren or external Siren.

1. Service principle

1) Finseen provides easy,reliable, speedy service to all Allarm products under our warranty.

2) The warranty lasts for 24 months from the date of shipment.

3) The product warranty does not cover the quality problems of product which are caused by natural disasters or human error such as the damage caused by high voltage. Customers need to pay maintenance costs for the damages caused by natural disasters or human error. We provide maintenance of products which are within the warranty period.

2. Service Promise

What we offer: We will replace products afflicted with manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase; we will also repair alarm free of charge within 24 months of purchase if problems develop with normal use; and finally our limited lifetime warranty( if repair is required after 24 months from the date of purchase, we will charge for parts. The total repair fee is according to the cost of the replaced materials.
