Carbide balls

       1.    Carbide ball is made by refractory metal carbides (WC, TiC) micron powder as a main component, cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as binder, sintered in a vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace.

      2.    Features: High hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bending, harsh environments, can replace all ball products.

      3.    Usage : Carbide balls are widely used in stretching the punching precision parts, precision bearings, instruments, meters, Pen, spraying machines, water pumps, mechanical parts, sealing valves, brake pump, squeeze-hole punch, oil, hydrochloric acid laboratory, hardness measuring instrument, gear, weight, decoration, finishing and so on high-end industry!

YG6 carbide ball is widely used in a variety of hardware industry, valves, bearings, die casting, punching parts, grinding, measuring. 

YG8 carbide ball is widely used in valves, bearings, die casting, punching parts, grinding, measuring, hardness, petroleum, chemical, aerospace. The toughness is better than YG6, with good anti-vibration performance, suitable for producing strong shock and vibration spare parts.

s good performance at temperatures up to 800 degree Fahrenheit ( 427 centigrade ) make it a good choice in high temperature applications.The material has a very low rate of thermal expansion, at 2 microinches per inch per degree Fahrenheit (4.9 X 10-4 per degree C). Steel is 6.4 and aluminum is 12 microinches per inch per degree Fahrenheit.

This conductivity sets it apart from other hard stiff materials, such as ceramics and sapphire, because it allows it to be machined into complex forms by the Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) process. 

Our tungsten carbide ball sizes are Cold Isocratic Pressed or hipped. The newest procedure is to Sinter-HIP the parts in a single operation.
