Manufacturing technology of spiral steel silo is the most advanced technology for steel silos in the world. This machine produces steel bins with a special kind of lock seam, without welding or assembly. 

How it works:

This machine uses a coil steel thickness of 2 - 4 mm and a width of 495mm. Processed the steel strip width of 365 mm, connected to a spiral seam sealed and sent outside the silo tank at a distance of 30-40 mm, to give rigidity and strength of the silo.

4.Supporting structures and columns

Purpose: to set and fasten the exact diameter of the silo, which enable the uplifted silo to attach

body which ascends rotationally in spirals.
