Feature:

1.It is composed of conical twin screw extruder,vaccum calibration table,haul-off unit,cutter and stacker.

2.It is also coordinated with different break-section and mould to produce PVC door and window profiles,foamed special shaped materials,decoration plates,profiles and multi-hole wire plastic products etc.

3.The capacity of main extruder from 150kg/h to 450kg/h for option.

4. Special design for caterpillar type haul-off machine by particular up and down technology, working stable, reliable and heavy duty force

  It is used to make PVC ceiling, PVC door and window profile, decoration panel and so on. 

Outstanding features of PVC ceiling extrusion machine:

1. extruder: adopting conical twinscrew extruder, unique designed screw, realizing shorting plasticizing time, good compounding and excellent plasticization.

2. gearbox: adopting super quality gear box and reducer, with nice  outline, stable running, low noise and long service time.

3. extruding barrel temperature controlling system: adopting cast aluminum heaters with stainless steel covers, wind cooling system, ensuring good features of cooling and heating, precision temperature controlling.

4. screw and barrel: screwcore installing with internal temperature controlling system, barrel equipped with vacuum degassing system, can get rid of the waste gas from the raw material which can guarantee super quality of the products.

5. driving system: adopting A.C motor, using FUJI or ABB inverters which provide stable torque output and various speed.
