1, General Introduction
The robot palletizer uses advanced software technology, which reaches the international standard. The palletizer is used to stack the filled (bottle) carton on the pallet orderly, which is suitable for beer, beverage production line.
 
2,  Main Characteristics
a)   Reliable working: the robot will grip the filled (bottle) carton to the pallet which has been ready on the pallet conveyor, accurately and reliably.
b)   Stable running: the whole palletizing movements are done by robot, the case ascending and descending are accurate and stable.
c)   High efficiency: during the working process, the start and end are slowly and stably, the midcourse of the running is faster, so that the working time can be reduced and production efficiency can be improved.
d)   Easy operation: fully automatic operation, with speed adjustment automatically and synchronization with the whole production line.
e)   Reasonable structure: the machine consists of rational mechanical structure, reliable pneumatic control device and advanced electrical control technology. The technology is advanced and the structure is simple.
f)   Safe and reliable: Except the safe cover and nest, photoelectric protection device is installed. The machine can be shut off when workers enter the danger area.
g)   Hygienic Requirement: the machine uses oil - less lubrication pneumatic component which can prevent the oil pollution, with less noise.

1)        Carton Catching Platform
a)      The adjustable case block device is installed, this device is made up of gantry screw on the frame, two sliding optical axis rail and bearing, and adjust lever which can adjust the catching position.
 
2)        Gripper
a)        The gripper uses overdraught structure of the pallet, with paperboard absorb function. The frame is made of aluminium alloy, which is light, and high tolerance. The imported linear rail is equipped, with sliding more stable. Moreover, the clapboard absorbing function is available
3)        Body of the Robot
a)         Precise movement according to the pre-set locus, through TrueMove technology
b)        The optimal movement performance, through QuickMove technology
