TP-PF-A21 Filling Machine is our main product, used to fill powder or small granule into bottles or cans automatically. This machine control filling amount by a unibody lathed auger. With advanced control system and some spare parts, the machine could fill all kinds of powder very accuractly. 

There are semi automatic powder filler for bags or pouch, and dust remover, on-line weight checking device are available. We also make related machines such as bottle feeding machine, powder feeder, bottle capper and labeller.

1. Auto-feeding sensor It connect the filling machine with feeder, when the powder level is low,  the feeder will add powder into this hooper automatically.	2. Touch screen We use touch screen and other important electric parts from famous Germany, Japan or Taiwan brand;  stable working, easy operated, quality assurance.
3. Dust remover This device could collect the raising dust in filling. The hose connect to a motor which create negetive pressure to make raising powder go into hose.	4. Online weigher With this system,the machine will increase accuracy greatly and could aviod bottles flowing to next process when the weight error is over 0.5%.

 •   I'm not sure if this machine can deal with our product? 

Products like this will be OK: dry powder, small granule diameter less than 5mm, free-flowing, non-wet, non-sticky, non-fragile.

 •   My capacity is small, any other options?

We have semi-automatic types for choice, with smaller capacity and lower cost.

 •  My container is bag / pouch / stand-up pouch, is this machine suitable? 

We suggest semi-automatic types. Automatic bag filler is another kind machine.

 •  My container is heavier than 1000g / lighter than 10g, any options? 

This is not problem, kindly tell us the weight and picture of your product in inquiry, we could customized one for you.

 •  Is there any spare parts?

Spare parts when there is big weight range/ special powder characteristics / special containter / high accuracy request / etc..

 •  As a oversea buyer, I wonder if you could send us engineer for installation and maintenance?

The machines are test without problem before shipping. Just connect to power the machine will work.
