One. Descriptive abstract:

YQC series industrial potato cutter  is a composite and multifunctional cutter, which is designed simulating 

the principle of hand cutting and adopting the advanced technique of ‘variable speeds’ and ‘centrifugal 

slicing structure’. The machine is widely used for processing various root vegetable, stem vegetable 

and leafy vegetable. It is also ideal equipment for pickle processing industry.

Application for cutting:

1) Leaf vegetable: like shallot ,garlic, celery ,leek, cabbage can be cut in to strip  

2) Bulb group: like onion ,carrot, potato, tannia, bamboo shoot, , auberqine ,ginger, pepper ,

    cucumber  and other kinds!

Two.Features:

1. By changing various blades , it can cut the root and stem vegetables (potato, yam, carrot, eggplant etc)

 into many shapes, such as slics,strips, cubes, waves and rhombus.

2. The machine is also fit for segmenting the stem vegetables (leek, celery, beanstalk etc) and shredding 

various leafy vegetables (kelp, cabbage etc).

3. The thickness and the length of processed vegetable is adjustable
