3) If you find any spare parts are missing or some damaged when un-package, we will deliver the new parts with your coming containers or orders.

4) For checking the leather chair stainless steel quality ---- you are warmly welcomed to visit our furniture factory showroom to check the quality before order, we have above 1000sqms showroom. Before loading,you can also send QC to checking goods . Or we will check the quality and send photos for your reference.We will not load container till you agree to load.

1, What's the minimum order?

Dear my friend, for this dining chair, MOQ for FOB trade terms must be 100pcs.If EXW Foshan or you have loading container in Foshan,1 piece is acceptable.

2, Do you accept sample test for 1 piece to my country?

Yes, sample test is available, but should be 3 times of factory cost and the shipping cost by air express on your account,we will refund you the rest of money at agreed unit price when you place an order to QTY of our MOQ.if your order is up to 1 container,sample for free will be total amount refund.

3,How do I buy it and what's the payment terms?

For FOB or EXW terms, you can T/T to our company account after we confirmed the proforma invoice with all detailed description or Sales Contract. you can also via Alibaba Escrow to place order online, or by western-union.

4,If i received imperfect products, What’s the guarantee and after-sales?

We have the obligation to provide seaworthy packing material. but its also possible to damaged by other reasons such as inland transportation and improper loading and effected by external environmental factors for leather and steel. we will try to help to cover an insurance against such possible effect factors. but if you found parts lost or painting fall off, please take photos and notes the problems. we'll re-send new parts to you. if you can not fix chair well, please refer to installation manual and  email us, we will solve it for you as soon as possible.
