AJT10 Small Foam Concrete Machine with mixer and foam generator

Introduction:

AJT10 Combined Foam Concrete Machine integrates with Foam Generator System, Material Feeding System, Mixing System, Water Supply System, and Control Cabinet in one body. On the control cabinet it fits with foam timer and water time, by which the density could be adjusted.

When operate it becomes much easier rather than before, mixing motor increased to 3kw, mixing drum volume made larger too, which ensure the production. The lid of the mixing drum could be open easily, and so does the gates of the foam generator system, which are easy for simple maintenance.

Step1, make foam concrete mortar

Step2, cast the mortar into the designated moulds

Step3, 5-6hours demoulding

Step4, piled the CLC blocks for further water curing
