1.Q: What is the Shipping Cost? 

A: The shipping cost is determined by the destination port, weight, packing size, total CBM of the goods. It is difficult for us to quote you the exactly shipping fee without knowing your total quantity of the order and your destination sea port; we will quote you the good shipping cost after you decide the order. 

2. Q: What is your MOQ? 

Normally our MOQ is 10 sets of tables and chair. But MOQ will be adjustable,if the items you want,we have in stock. 

3. Q: what is ur price ? 

The price we showed on website is for one table or one chair , not one set . 

4. Q:What's your lead time ?

A: LCL order ---- 7-15days after sending deposit B: FCL order ---- 15-35days after sending deposit 

5. Q: How can I place an order ?

First you can choose our item on website or in our showroom, let us know the color which you want & Q'tys of each item, then we will send Proforma Invoice to you for sending deposit. 

6. Q: Whether we can use other Currency besides USD ?

Yes, you can. We can accept EUR or RMB. Also you can send deposit in RMB, then balance in USD also ok for us. 

7. Q:What if there is quality problem when we get the goods?

If there is quality problem when you un-package the goods, you can take pictures for our reference, our QC Dept.will check the problem and give best solutions to you, namely replace some parts and fittings,etc.Furthermore we will also take action to improve the quality in future. 

8. Q: How can the products be sent to us ? 

If Q'tys less one full container, we will offer EXW price, you can mix our goods with other factory goods into one container.And we can delivery the goods to loading container locatiion in Foshan free.If order one full container, we offer FOB price, we will contact your shipping agent in China for the shipment.
