STLB series gold centrifugal concentrator
1.Introduction
The STLB series water jacket alluvial gold concentrator is a high efficiency gold separation machine with updated technology. Taking advantage of the traditional gold centrifugal concentrator, the Water Jacket Alluvial gold concentrator offers a solution to handle the hardened material, which will decrease the recovery rate during the separation process. The solution is to add a water jacket device inside the concentrator.
The application shows that gold grain size less than 5mm, the recovery rate up to 90%, while gold grain size less than 2.5mm, the rate can be 92%.
2.Machine Structure
Water Jacket gold concentrator consists of pipelines, mainframe, tailing chute, drive motor, vertical shaft and separation device.
The separation device is cone unit includes two layers; the inner layer is made by stainless steel plate, with circle gratings and small holes on the wall, the outer layer is made by mild steel plate. The two layers form a close water jacket system.
3. operation principle
The main shaft is a hollow shaft, the pressurize backwash water come from the shaft, then goes into the separation unit, the water spray from holes to the gratings. During the process, the pressure of the water shall be 0.06-0.15MPa.

The slurry which is mixed with water and grinded ore and sand will be injected to the mainframe. With the heavy centrifugal force, the slurry will be move upward along the cone body, the light particles will be extracted from the upper part of cone, then discharge through the tailing outlet. The heavy particles will be stay in the gratings of the inner layer.
