Packaging : Mountain bike package is standard export carton package,with foam protection.

Each bike will be strictly inspected before packing and shipping out,Our factory will adjust all of bike parts .

As below main components package apart ,when you receive our box, you need to install,adjust as below:

1.install The front wheel;

2.install Handlebar mounting;

3.install right foot and left foot;

4.install saddle (saddle up and down adjustment; saddle angle adjustment);

1. Sample service.

Usually delivery time about 25 days.

2) Payment Term: 30% deposit before production balance before shipment

3) A tracking number will send to you by e-mail after your orders has been shipped

2.Warranty service:

2). Front fork                                                                          12 months

3). Gears, bearings,                                                                  12 months

4). Handlebar, stem , brakes (excluding brake shoes and pads)   12 months

5). Wheel rim                                                                          12months

Usually our bike warranty service 1 year, except normal wear, misuse or neglect, improperly operation, damage or failure due to accident, parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible.

3.OEM service . we can accept sample and trial order.

4. Technical assistance and considerate service. All of your question, we'll reply you quickly.

5.Trainning service. we can also offer training service for your staff at our factory if needed.
