    ----- Our factory is located in Wangniudun Town of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China, which is close to Guangzhou and Shenzhen. We also have a business office in Baiyun District, Guangzhou City. All our clients, whether from   home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!

2) ----- Can you do OEM?

    ----- Yes, we can do OEM products. 

 3) ----- How to get samples?

    ----- Existing samples without customized design are free, but freight should be paid by customers. If you want us to make new customized samples, we will charge and it is USD 100/option. Much more fashionable styles/options will be found from our professional website.

 4)  ----- How long is the delivery time?

     ----- It varies from 20 days to 30 days depending on the styles/options and quantity of designated products.

 5) ------ What is the minimum order quantity?

     ----- 10,000 pieces. The more you order, the cheaper prices you'll get.

 6)  ----- How does your factory do regarding quality control?

    ----- In our factory, we have professional quality inspection personnel. Each production process will be checked and inspected by them. Every detail during the producing and packing processes is cared by skilled workers from beginning to end.

   ------ There are different Testing Machines to check the properties and functionalities of tubes.

   ----- Our company has already passed the quality authentication of ISO9001. During the production process, we strictly implements ISO9001 quality control system.

   ----- We have “Production License", "Hygiene License” and "Inspection Report" etc.

 7) ------What's your payment term?

    ------- 40% deposit in advance by T/T,balance 60% paid before delivery.

 8) ----- How many styles of packing?

   ----- Cosmetic tubes: according to the tube's size

   -----Carton size: according to the tube's size

   -----As for sealed tubes (filling from tube orifice): tubes and caps are packed separately. Caps will not be assembled on the tubes.

   ------ As for unsealed tubes/open-end tubes (filling from tube end): Caps will be assembled on the tubes. And it will be put in order in a polybag within a carton.

 9) ----- How about the shipping?

    ----- For small orders, we will send the goods by International Express like Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS, usually it takes 3-5 work days to arrive. It is a little expensive. If the order quantity is large, we will ship by sea and arrival time depends on different regions. If urgent, you could select transport by Air, but freight charge will be more expensive.
