Infrared ray Belt is the heat-treatment belt by generating high quantity of heat, the inside high energy for infrared ray heat generator can generate high energy. How to use?

1.Put some revitalizer or slimming cream on the treating part, massage for 10-20 minutes, and wrap the part with the belt. (If wrap a layer of preservative film on the treating part before the belt, it would achieve better effect.)

2. Insert the plug into the sauna belt outlet.

3. Ten levels on the regulator to adjust the heat. Adjust clockwise, from Min to Max. The recommended level is 4 - 7. If too high, skin might get burn. While the indicator light on the regulator is red, it is heating up; while it turns green, it reaches the thermostatic state.

4. Using for about 10 minutes, the treating part will begin to sweat. Please do not use for more than 45 minutes.

5. Switch off after the treatment.
