The product is packed in Polythene bags. It is rolled, tied then placed into transparent plastic (individually or in group) as per customer's requirement. Later it is packed in non transparent (opaque) bale or sack. 

 

For shipping the products any three of the cargo services can be used. The general shipping services used are;

1. Courier services = Through DHL, TNT, Fedex, etc. for less than 50 kg items. It generally takes 4 to 7 days for delivery through this service. 

 

2. Air Cargo= It is the most widely used service which requires weight above 50 kg. We use different air Cargo Services of different Airways (Qatar Airways, Thai Airways, Silk Air, etc). It is much cost efficient than the former one. Customer can pick up the goods from the nearest airport as per the discussion. It takes from 3 to 5 days for delivery based on the destination.

 

3. Land/Sea Cargo= This mode of delivery is used for huge quantity of goods (generally 1000 kg above). It is the most cost efficient mode of shipping but usually takes huge time for delivery 1 to 2 months. The wholesale buyers choose this method of delivery. 

Can I wash the Felt Ball Carpet (Rug)? 

> No, the product is not washable in water. 

 

How may I clean the rug then? 

> You have to use soft brush, Vacuum cleaner to clean the dusts and Petrol to clean the surface dirt. 

 

Is the product safe to use indoor? 

> Yes, the product is designed to use indoor. It doesn't cause any harmful effects unless you chew a portion of it.
