Bottle sauce filling machine

This bottle sauce filling machine is designed by us according to our many years filling machine producing experience, mainly suitable for grain juice, paste liquid or jam (ketchup).

Main characters of  tomato sauce/ketchup filling machine 

Stand

Main body is structure steel, whose surface is packed by stainless steel. The machine window’s frame is from SUS304 stainless steel. The feet of stand is from SUS304 also, and its height is adjustable

Transport driving system

It make use of nylon material star wheel to transport the bottle when do the filling. The bottle input or output by inverter type driving conveyor. So the machine running speed is adjustable.

Rotary filling part

It has 16 filling valves. It adopts piston type filling valve, the filling volume can be adjustable between 250-2000ml. It is equipped with level meter, has the function of no tin, no valve opening.

The material contact parts all from stainless steel , meet the food sanitary requirement

It adopts frequency inverter motor; production capacity is adjustable, easy operation

Controlling system and operate panel

Seal type electrical control cabinet is from SUS304 material. The PLC, inverter, touch screen, photo electrical switch, sensor switch and pneumatic elements are all from worldwide famous brand.
