3 in 1 filling machine integrates washing machine, filling machine and capping machine in one unit.

water bottling machine - Washing part

Bottles are delivered by air conveyor to 3 in 1 unit of washing part. The bottle neck will be hold tightly by clamp to upside down the bottles, which will not damage bottle. Then the bottles are washed by pumped water.

water bottling machine - Filling part

After washing, bottles are rotated by the star-wheels to the filling position. Bottle neck is also hold tightly by clamp. There is a cam to up and down the bottles to make bottle mouth position with filling head, and then to realize filling. The filling volume and filling time will be pre-set in PLC.

After finish filling, bottles are still rotated by star-wheels to capping position. Here we design a bottle caps unscrambler and an automatic cap dropping to make the caps drop correctly to bottle mouth. If the cap is upside down or damaged, the machine will automatically delete the caps. After finish all actions, bottles are delivered to the packaging line.
