Description :

The machine applies balanced pressure filling method , filling cup will control filling valve . Worker open gas nozzles to set volume , then foot press pedal to put bottle to filling head , foot release for filling start , worker press pedal again after bottle fulfilled to take off bottles .

There are 4 filling heads for the machine , there is enough space for bottle diameter and height change . Bottle neck size need to be fixed before machine making . Filling volume can be adjusted by filling cup . It needs to work together with carbonated mixer for pressure or pump and high position tank . It will need gas pressure to keep balance pressure .
